Founded by the late Anup Nair in 2005, Incentive Foundation works with underserved communities in semi-rural India to expand access to livelihoods, learning, and creative opportunities. Through our programmes in women’s livelihoods, youth development, and the arts, we build skills, strengthen agency, and create pathways to sustained opportunity.

My internship has been deeply enriching - from organising collection drives and engaging in community outreach to conducting centre visits and understanding grassroots realities. Along the way, I gained socio-cultural insights and built skills in documentation and social media using Canva.
